Facilities

The Living Area

The living area has a bright and airy feel and is well furnished in a contemporary style. With quality comfortable sofas, a CD stereo system, TV/DVD and Sky TV. It is the perfect place to relax after a day by the pool or the beach. From the living area there is a balcony with lovely views out to the town and the mountains just behind the apartment. Its a great place to catch the last of the sun with a Gin & Tonic!

The Dining Area

The dining table seats six and is ideal for family meals with seating and place settings for at least six people.
Again the style is contemporary with a glass table and leather chairs. The view from the large window is over the fantastic swimming pool and lovely gardens.

The Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has been decorated in cream with quality wooden and wicker furniture. It has a large wardrobe fitted with a safe, air conditioning as all the bedrooms do. The ensuite bathroom comprises of a bath, shower, WC and bidet and is finished with beige limestone effect tiles.

The Twin Room

The twin is ideal for adults or youngsters alike. It is decorated in a Cappuccino colour with cream linen. It has an ample wardrobe and air conditioning. The adjacent bathroom is well fited with a WC, shower and sink unit and is finished in a beige limestone effect tile

The kitchen

As nice as it is to eat out every night it can be expensive these days which is why eating in is a great alternative. With that in mind we have taken much care in ensuring that our kitchen is the right size and properly equipped. The kitchen inventory includes - a large fridge freezer, electric hob, microwave oven, electric oven, toaster, kettle, saucepans, serving dishes, and much more.... The adjacent utility room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble drier and ironing board.

The Bunkroom

The third bedroom is the bunkroom and is perfect for the little ones. Although the beds are full size and they will sleep an adult, the room is quite small and we suggest its best for the kids. It has a good size wardrobe and air conditioning.

About Puerto Pollensa

The superb curving bay of Puerto Pollensa is a fine sanded necklace, the old Roman Town inland is its clasp. You will always find a quieter spot there, even in August. Every need is catered for in the colourful bustling town shops, bars, restaurants and markets. This classy resort is the ideal base for both active and relaxing holidays. Sun worshippers enjoy the pine-lined sandy beaches and clear waters during the day, and indulge in the social sport of "people-watching" from one of the many cafés on the promenade during the long balmy evenings.

At dawn the sea is flat and still, and for the few people up at that time, sunrise is a sight not to be missed. During the day, the sea breezes blow inland. Waves lap the shore and the deeper sea is dotted with colourful sails of yachts criss-crossing the bay.

The long beach, of white sand, is clean and quiet and definitely not crowded - a description which fits the resort as a whole. Some lovely hotels, literally yards from the shore along the pedestrianised Palm Way, command some of the best sea views to be had on Mallorca. The village itself is clustered around the old town square; half of which contains the church, the other half is shaded by palm trees and is lined with restaurants and cafés where locals and hotels mix.

There are lots of narrow streets of whitewashed houses, pools of shade under awnings or palm trees, and shops through which you can browse away the afternoons. Puerto Pollensa is a world away from the exuberant resorts of Magaluf and Palma Nova, and is a real favourite for couples and families. Going out in the North of the island is a pleasure as the quality of the food is higher than in the south
